These Terms of Service govern your use of the Fanspot mobile application.

By using Fanspot you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Fanspot is a sports community platform that allows users to:

• follow sports news
• view match statistics
• participate in discussions
• send direct messages
• join group chats and match chats

Sports data may be provided by third-party providers including SportMonks.

Sports information may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate.

2. User Accounts

Users must create an account to access certain features.

Accounts may be created using:

• email and password
• Sign in with Apple
• Sign in with Google

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.

3. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• post illegal content
• harass or threaten other users
• publish hateful or discriminatory content
• spam or advertise without permission
• impersonate other individuals

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

4. User-Generated Content

Users may create content including:

• messages
• chat posts
• comments
• usernames

Users retain ownership of their content but grant Fanspot permission to display and distribute the content within the App.

Users are responsible for the content they post.

5. Moderation and Reporting

Fanspot includes tools that allow users to:

• report inappropriate content
• block other users

Moderators may review reports and remove content or suspend accounts that violate the Terms.

6. External Links

The App may contain links to external websites, podcasts, or news sources.

Fanspot does not control these external services and is not responsible for their content or policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and design elements of Fanspot are owned by or licensed to Cowabunga Productions Sweden AB.

Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fanspot is provided "as is".

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Cowabunga Productions Sweden AB shall not be liable for indirect damages or losses related to the use of the App.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may also request deletion of their account.

10. Privacy

Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
